AN ALERT ARRIVES
When meemo fetches your email it sends an alert directly to your mobile device. Your device will then react exactly as it would when you receive a voicemail, text or service message. It will inform you either by producing a unique sound or an on-screen display or both, that there is a message waiting for you. It will also offer you several options from which you can select which action to take.

Assuming you have chosen to view your new message, you are taken directly to the message level of detail where you can discern the sender and subject. This is not your meemo inbox. Once again you will be given an opportunity to decide if this is an email message you want to read, or the message detail summary is sufficient and you can discard without going any further. Your device will again provide you with options to execute the action of your choice. By deleting the alert on your device, you have in no way affected the email in your account inbox.

READING EMAIL
By selecting the “read” command you are taken to the full message display. Atop the “read” page you will first see the email header information, including sender, subject, recipients and date stamp, followed by the attachments, and then the full body of the message. The bottom of the viewing page offers you several standard, mail-specific action options such as “Reply, Reply all, Forward and Remove”.

OPENING ATTACHMENTS
Scrolling down past the header information to attachment list, highlight the item you wish to open and select it. That’s all you need to do to read the attached document and once you’re done reading simply press back on your device and you are returned to the message level of detail.
